طرق الدفع :
للطلبة المصريين :
- يمكن الدفع الكترونيا من خلال تزويد موظف البنك بال GUC ID الخاص بك لتسجيل الايداع
- يتم قبول الدفع أو الحوالات المصرفية المعتمدة من CIB فقط كمدفوعات (يجب أن يتم اعتماد ورقة الدفع او الشيك قبل مكتب الشؤون المالية للطلاب قبل السداد).
- يمكن إجراء الدفع ببطاقات الائتمان من خلال مكتب الشؤون المالية لطلاب GUC

الأوراق المطلوبة للتقديم :
الثانوية العامة المصرية :
- أصل شهادة الثانوية أو "مستخرج رسمي"
- أصل شهادة الميلاد
- 6 صور حديثة جواز السفر / البطاقة (مايكونش عدى عليها اكتر من سنة ).
- (نموزج 2 جند) للأولاد
- سيتم فحص جميع الوثائق من قبل وزارة التعليم العالي المصرية / مجلس الجامعات الخاصة ، قبل التسجيل النهائي في GUC.
- خطاب الانسحاب من جامعة أخرى (في حالة تحويل الطالب من جامعة أخرى)

IGCSE / GCSE :
- IGCSE-Slips stamped by the British Council as True Documents only (no other stamp can replace the British Council stamp) and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs + stamp of الإدارة العامة للإمتحانات التابعة لوزارة التربية و التعليم
- IGSCE-Slips stamped by the British Council as copies of true documents will not be treated as originals and cannot be accepted.
- If IGCSE Slips are obtained from outside Egypt, required stamp of British Council, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Egyptian Embassy in country of certificate(s)
- Edadeyya Certificate (National system) or Proof of 12 years of schooling (International system) stamped by School and certified by the Educational Zone the school belongs to.
- If proof of 12 years of schooling is obtained from outside Egypt required stamps are: the School stamp, the stamp of the Educational Zone, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Egyptian Embassy in that foreign country.
- Original Birth certificate
- 6 personal photos
- Original document of Arabic Language, Religion and civics exams Thanaweya Amma (for Arab Nationals)
- Namouzag 2 Gond (required from Egyptian male students only)
All documents will be examined by Supreme council of higher education for final approval

- Original Final High School Transcript stamped by the school and the U.S. Accreditation Institution + stamp of الإدارة العامة للإمتحانات التابعة لوزارة التربية و التعليم
- Final High School Diploma obtained from Egypt must be stamped by the school and the U.S. Accreditation Institution + stamp of الإدارة العامة للإمتحانات التابعة لوزارة التربية و التعليم
- Certificates obtained from Egypt must be presented with جواب إفادة from school
- Original SAT Score(s) stamped by the AMID-EAST and Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- For certificates obtained from schools outside Egypt - stamp of school and Ministry of Education, stamp of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of country of the certificate and stamp of Egyptian Embassy in country of certificate are required.
- For certificates obtained from schools outside Egypt – Accreditation Letter from AMID-EAST (stamped by AMID-EAST and Ministry of Foreign Affairs) is required

- يجب على الطلاب المتقدمين من الثانوية العامة السعودية تقديم شهادات أصلية مختومة من الصف 11 والصف 12.

- يجب على الطلاب الحاصلين على ثانوية عامة من اليمن تقديم إثبات لمدة 12 عامًا - من الدراسة مختومة من المدرسة ومصدقة من المنطقة التعليمية التي تنتمي إليها المدرسة.
