There are lots of ways to relax. Some ways are designed to relax your mind and some to relax
your body. Because the mind and body are connected, many relaxation ways work on both the
mind and the body. Breathing exercises are one way to relax. Take a deep breath, hold it for a
moment, and then let it out. Relaxing can quiet your mind and make you feel peaceful and calm.
You can practise mindfulness. You should think about the things that are happening right now
in the present moment. There are many ways to relax, you can sit in a warm bath and listen to
soft music. You can join a sports club and practise a sport
