- Read the following, then answer the questions:
Hala's hero is her aunt Nadia. Nadia's life used to be difficult. She studied to be a
nurse at the Faculty of Nursing in Cairo University. She got a job at a hospital. She
worked hard but did not stop her studies at the university. Now, she works in a big
hospital in Cairo. She is a nursing manager and she helps to teach younger nurses. She
helps the doctors. She looks after sick people. Every day she gets up at six o'clock in the
morning. Then she eats breakfast at half past six. At seven o'clock, she catches the bus to
the hospital. Nadia starts work at eight o'clock. Hala thinks she is her hero because she
studied hard and worked very hard. It was a heroic work.
